      Pros

      Great employee relationships. I valued all of my friendships while working there, and have still carried those on relationships even though I don't work there anymore. They had a very structured training program, always made sure to support you as much as possible through the training process.

      Cons

      Things have started to go downhill. They are rushing to hire people, looking only to fill spots and not get a quality person into a role. They don't have the same standard for employees that they used to, which has reflected poorly on the club as a whole. For nearly 5 years I didn't get a raise, not even cost of living.

      Pros

      great community, people are awesome, job is easy to do. the members are a lot of fun to interat with. therers tons of awesome equipment. and you get a $150 membership for free!

      Cons

      management can be very disorganized and air headed at times. communitcation between departments does not really exist. departments are battling each other instead of working together for no reason. everyone basically just looks out for themselves

      Pros

      Great benefits & some added perks depending on the department you work in. I enjoyed being able to change and work out before or after my workday. Most of the employees were extremely kind and made work a fun place to be.

      Cons

      I have never seen so many politics come into to play in a work environment before working at PRO. I really felt a lot of anxiety and stress because of the constant gossip going on in every department. Staff who had been there the longest did not feel the need to filter any of the ugly truth's about owner, certain exec members and past wrong doings. HR has their hands tied since this is a privately held company and you can not really hold the owner to the same ethical standards without losing your job. They really do their very best to help you IF they can.
