      The only thing good about this job are the clients

      Cons

      Too many rules, have to wear all black clothes,closed in shoes, their hot apron or vest, more work than you get paid for, 50% commission,tips are very limited ( they put a stop to tipping over 20%, managers change all the time, I could go on and on, no benefits

      Pros

      Great working with seniors. Built in clientele. Hours are good very seldom weekends. Great concept.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. No benefits. You are working only for a check and even then that gets screwed up. Not using professional products.

      Built in clientele, working with loving senior residents and their families, helpful nursing home staff, nurses, and aids, paid holiday company event(s)

      Cons

      Rely on appointments to get paid only in commission, management consistently changing, High turnover rate, no benefits or insurance packages, unreliable and unorganized systems for payment and processing paperwork, more work for the little that you get paid, no local management team, tiny space to work in with no help to move furniture and assist residents.
