Pros
Hours Rewarding working with seniors No holidays
Cons
I met my boss 2x for the entire time I worked there she wasn't even the one who did new hire orientation it was some girl who claimed she was the DM who I later found out is a stylist. Let me add she rolled out of bed with holes in her leggings and shirt. I got no training no help another stylist I knew came to salon to help me learn but I didn't have pre-auth forms for residents and little supplies in salon, I couldn't do my job! Never got a mask or apron the few salons I would go to were not fully equipped so I couldn't do nails no fan or light to dry nails, no perms in another place, one place had a perm but not right shampoo , it's a mess. Then only 50% commission no incentives no benefits no training no coaching no help. Alone in salon by day 3 and all communities I went in were not really happy with PS Salons because of turn over or lack of something so they are not helpful. Really wanted it to work, but they need a lot of improvements or change in their company.
