Built in book of business, very rewarding, hours I like to work

Cons

Terrible communication between stylist and management. Communities can't communicate with upper Mgmt, to discuss concerns and local supervisors will not return the calls to the communities. If you call corp you have to 99% of the time leave a voice mail and may or may not get a return call. This is an issue if you have local Mgmt that simply will not return your calls or text. I need to discuss some things and my regional is MIA or working behind a chair and neglects her duties to communities and stylist.

PS Salon & Spa is very happy you like the built in clientele and the hours of the salon-it is the perfect part time position to make some money while making a difference in peoples lives. We are sorry to hear you had some communication issues and definitely take your feedback seriously. We absolutely have an open door policy and our HR, Payroll, Marketing, Technology, and Accounting teams are here to support our Hair Stylists and talk to Hundreds of our team members every day to make sure you have everything you need to be successful.

This company is for real!!! Love this job! I work part time in a community doing hair-no weekends and home in time for my kids. Went to an educational class 2 weeks ago and had a wonderful time. The support, ideas and people I met were great. I love my managers they always take care of me.

Cons

Seeing one of your lovely ladies get sick. No other cons
