Pros

The pay and sales commission for selling products and services to CU and Banks. My opinion that PSCU pays for “The great place to work” accolades The sad thing is they will do their best to shush employees who speak up or bring their concerns to HR.

Cons

The leadership is corrupt and a facade. CU AND Banks are better off using coop, Jack and Henry etc. The verticle resale of products and services is all they have to offer but it comes with a heft price and headache

Pros

The company's culture is inclusive, they are very good at soliciting feedback from employees, they utilize Clifton StrengthsFinder, they are trusting and empower employees to be at their best. They offer Tuition Reimbursement and have Mental Health programs and several other wellness programs that employees are encouraged to participate in. PSCU is consistently working on employee engagement programs and DEI initiatives. The organization is truly caring of their staff. Employees are recognized often for their good work.

Cons

There is a tendency toward a falsely positive façade in my division. There are many system related challenges in the Contact Center, which makes it challenging to train new employees. There are times when poor behavior is overlooked and seems not to be addressed appropriately, or it is inconsistent. Often there are team members that are not recognized for their efforts and others that are not held accountable. There are times when team members let others take the work they don't want to do, because it is not work that is highly recognized.

Pros

There are decent benefits such as starting out at 15 an hour, guaranteed 40 hours a week, overtime, and receiving time and a half on holidays.

Cons

The fraud department is very tedious and the training is not helpful. You are rated on every single call and you have to have a high average for the amount of inbound and outbound calls you take per hour. If you do not meet this quota you will be criticized. You have to follow a long list of unorganized uneasy to find scripts for the calls and if you do not stick to the script you are subtracted points and criticized by your assigned manager. Their systems are also extremely unorganized and not user friendly.
