Pros

My Co-workers were nice, On site gym, Training was pretty upbeat and prepared you mostly for what was to come.

Cons

Days off were not together, the job itself was scripts for different financial companies. Horrible to work with. I could not get out of there fast enough. Too far to commute.

Pros

Wellness program, paid time off, benefits package options and cost

Cons

Micromanaging, biased treatment, depending upon your role and leader. There is preferential treatment for those who work in sales. Their compensation plans are much better, and they have multiple opportunities to earn more than non-sales roles. No matter how much value you add, if you don't generate revenue, don't expect to move up in the organization easily, unless you have someone in a key leadership role advocating for you. There is favoritism and nepotism, as well as an old-boys atmosphere, which is really sad, given that it's 2016. Very little diversity in the leadership. Very few leaders of color at the management level, and none whatsoever at the c/e-suite. All white men with one white woman. And don't even look at the board of directors, it's the same, all white men, a couple of woman, of course they are white as well.
