      Decent place, but you may lose your sanity

      Pros

      Good compensation, tons of food (before the pandemic), and going to conferences and learning opportunities are encouraged and expensed.

      Cons

      Tight deadlines that appear with little discussion, a feeling of “here’s the date, no flex, do what you have to do.” Can be very stressful and overwhelming. Expect to sacrifice evenings and weeknights throughout your tenure. Burn out and effects on mental health are real.

      Disorganization and lack of respect with potential employees

      It could be a great option if the hiring process was more organized

      Cons

      No follow up after phone screen, when a confirmation of the next step for an on-site interview was provided. I attempted contact the company recruiter, who was not available and did not return my call or email.
