Good compensation package and helpful molecules for patients Some managers have the human touch the CEO also has, some just looking for their own advantage like bonus, recognition and titles

Cons

Every week a new strategy to boost profits and numbers - but nothing really works, because you can’t „bake“ patients. To many Managers with too many „ideas“ hanging around.
