NONE ... There really iisn't anything that is that great to mentilon and there really aren't any company perks.

Cons

EXTREMELY LONG HOURS ! Employees are overworked and management thinks nothing of getting rid of employees and makes up reasons to get rid of people.

Pros

You get to work towards treating life-saving diseases. Compensation is good on the G&A side. Hard workers who know how to get things done will thrive.

Cons

Compensation is not always fair across the company. Pre-clinical scientists in particular are undercomped -- but maybe that is industry wide. Very low 401k match.
