Pros
Pros: Flexible with hours. Good amount of vacation. Knowledgeable scientists in the area of RNA.
Cons
Cons: The upper management seems to continue to push PTC-124 through clinical trials. Although it has failed multiple times, it appears management is too emotionally involved to know when to invest resources in something something more promising. This may eventually cause some problems with the survivability of the company. The level of nepotism in this company is more than I have experienced in any other work experience. We went multiple years without a pay increase.
