Terrible manager

Pros

Discounts on store merchandise up to 60%

Cons

During my time as a sales associate at Puma Outlet Store, I had a disappointing experience with the manager, Michelle. Her managerial skills were lacking, resulting in numerous issues within the workplace. Michelle struggled with effective communication, showed favoritism, and lacked organizational abilities. These shortcomings created a negative work environment and hindered the store's success. I hope the company takes steps to address these management issues for the benefit of the employees and the overall business.

Pros

Management Staff is on time opening daily Pay is good pay is weekly.

Cons

Terrible environment Management sits around or hides in the back and will get you contacted by loss prevention if you refuse to use your legal prescription to buy them items from the dispensary and they’ll make up a list and get you suspended and fired for refusing their request. Also they’ll coach you how to write the statements and how to word it and not accept it if you question things especially knowing that you where off on said day that the most serious of the 4 incidents occurred also they refuse to show evidence of the rules I supposedly broke. Honestly on my life all I did was sneak my phone while my boyfriend was in the hospital because of a snakebite and say no to hooking up a manager like seriously personal vendettas really bent this company.
