Great culture, direct access to leadership. Just completed a recapitalization and they shared proceeds with all employees. I feel my contributions are valued and that my role is appreciated. Clear vision and business strategy, i love that there is a purpose!

Pros

I have been with PURE for almost a year now. The best decision I have ever made. The people are amazing, the concept is great and the C-suite is exceptional! The interview process took quite some time, but the fact that they care so much about the culture and hiring people they think fits that culture gives you some insight on what a great company they are. It is a customer obsessed company and they believe in providing the highest level of service as well as doing the right thing! They really take care of their people and promote a fun and exciting atmosphere. I have worked for several of the big name Insurance companies and by far this company surpasses any of them.

Cons

It could use a little structure. Being that it is a newer company there are some processes that have not been set and it could be beneficial to have that in some cases while still maintaining a culture that is open to creative thinking.
