PURE's culture is one that is rare. This company really cares about its' employees and is always trying to advance policies, procedures, perks and benefits. There is a lot of room for advancement at this growing organization. The office locations are in great locations and the people you work with are awesome.

I have been very pleased with my decision to join PURE. There is a clear direction and set of principles guiding the organization, and employee engagement is taken seriously at all levels of leadership. I highly recommend PURE as a place to work.

Clear direction of where they are going, access to management team, opportunity to fail and true care for the individual employees that make up the company.

Cons

It is a smaller company that is still growing so there are still some areas that need clear procedures/protocol but that is also part of the beauty of the company; nimble enough to change as necessary.
