Great Products and employees but management is lacking

Products are great and innovative. Most of the employees are great and wonderful to work with. Potential growth for the company could be great.

Cons

Some of the executives and senior managers are not tactful and stifle the creativity and expertise of their talented employees. They do not hold true to their core values.
