      they offer health insurance and other forms of insurance which help if there are any incidents while performing the dangerous work required to be performed.

      Cons

      This company bought out the original American Heavy entity where life was more personal and concerning rather than just counting beans along the way.

      Pros

      It is a great place to work, friendly staff and different socializing activities and cool products (Robotics). If you love to work with automation and robotics and have hands on experience, that is a place for you to go.

      It is not high paying job.

      Pros

      Working here you get exposed to a wide variety of projects. You don't get stuck working on a small section of something. You get to be involved in every decision through design until delivery. Open office atmosphere provides great opportunities for collaboration.

      Cons

      There is a lot of pressure which usually turns into long days at work, but the projects are so interesting the long days usually go quickly.
