Great co-workers, lots of information/skills to learn.

Cons

Managers use only definable metrics to rank employees and provide cause for continuing employment, while forgetting that there are other skills necessary for higher level employment. Upper management continues to not understand that treating employees like humans that have necessary expenses would lead to better retention.

It’s a good place to get a job right out of school. Be prepared for an extremely young crowd that is not particularly experienced in working a professional job and it will be very high school.
