      Pros

      After 8 years, I don't see many Pros anymore. I "used" to have a lot of freedom to do my job, but I've since been moved to another location, and effectively been given a new supervisor

      They don't pay, not much upward mobility unless you brown nose, and Management loves to give pizza over raises

      Work from home, good coworkers and management at this location

      Cons

      Pay is really low compared to what is expected for education and job duties. There’s no guaranteed pay raise. All raises are based on a profit share where if the company does better one year you get more raise vs another regardless of merit.
