Pros

Good local people. They'll hire people with little experience. A job's a job and you gotta start somewhere. My direct boss is an excellent mentor. Be wary of vastly different cultures across different departments though.

Cons

Little upward growth. Pace corporate culture demands everyone to wear more hats, perform more work above a d beyond their expected duties in order for them to save money elsewhere. They will never pay to have a job done the right way when they can underpay to have it half done by someone cheaper. Constant cost cutting measures make it harder to the job every day and it's wildly unsustainable. The toxic pressure comes from the highest level and weighs downward. Local site leadership is stretched thin by its corporate overlords and it passes down to the employees. Below industry standard on salary and all benefits. 2% 401k match??

Cons

Don't do it. It's a constant revolving door of employees for a reason. Corrupt management. Corrupt HR department. Horrible work environment. Pay is bad for all of the nonsense you have to put up with.
