Pros

They were not upset if you were a couple mins. late, no time clocks, a lot of times your so busy you can't take a break so a couple mins. late comes out in the wash.

Cons

They overwork you until the stress level is so high your hands shake. They pay very low and expect you to do the job of 1 and a half to 2 people. Lab's are outdated. very little computer tracking for inventory. employee turn over is high due to the stress of the jobs, which make it hard on the dedicated employees, constant re-training.

Pros

Flexible schedules and frequent communication with management. Lunch meetings. Benefit contributions from company. Wonderful coworkers in my group who work hard and are very supportive. Internal job postings communicate opportunities within the company.

Cons

As onsite contractors, we get paid half the wage of what our equals within the company make, which is why there is so much turnover. It is barely a liveable wage in the Twin Cities. After getting a four-year degree in a STEM field, it disheartens me that I could make the same wage as jobs that only require a high school education.

Pros

Initially friendly, HR okay and friendly, initial electronic training helpful.

Cons

High stress, heavy loads over 50lbs constantly with no safety gear, hours manipulated to cut hours during "slow time", poor communication, no team spirit, high turnover, inefficient management, lack of breaks, on job training poor (thrown to the dogs), start/end time constantly fluctuating at last minute, sample techs treated as second class employees, impersonal upper management not in tune with boots-on-the-ground workers. Not worth the money.
