      Move up or Get Out!!!

      It's a job and give you experience

      Cons

      Get out while you can. There's a reason why the majority of workers there have only been there for a year or less. Not to mention high stress, high workloads from overselling and underpromising, dumping it onto workers, plus doing questionable things to ramp up production.

      Easy job but no actual breaks or lunch time

      Easy job, mostly windshield time

      Cons

      Hours can be hit or miss dependant on client load. Never know if it'll be a 12 hour day or a 3 hour day.

      Consistent schedule, but lacking growth and competitive pay
