Poor management Management played favorites Little to no help avail when needed Certain managers create drama to push employees out Some managers slack off and won’t care about employees

There are no pros. It's a job.

Cons

Will to side with contracting company. Strict on exit interview even though they are OPTIONAL. They CAN increase your pay.
