      Most people work remotely - you never have to see them face-to-face!

      Cons

      Toxic place! Everyone is insecure and wanting to pull everyone else down. there is no structure, too many people above you. no cohesiveness - it's all very haphazard yet controlling.

      Its fully remote if you like that.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Top Heavy. Very unimpressive staff that slack off more than work. No interest in the community that they claim to help. They do have large government contracts but don't report on them properly. They are out of compliance in a lot of places but make up stuff. A quick audit and they will be out. So much turnover lately.
