      Regular training and celebrations for staff to take some time away from work.

      Cons

      Regular last minute changes. Management micro manages. Unorganized and lots of mis communication due to not seeing your higher ups and peers regularly. Mass hiring only to mass let go in a group setting. Hr takes forever to get back to you.
