Pros

The position offers 4 weeks of paid vacation each year, a flexible work schedule, and an ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Cons

Some people had a hard time keeping up with the 90hr/month billing requirement. If you manage your time, it shouldn't be a problem. The electronic record system they use can be difficult and is often offline.

Pros

I honestly cannot think of one positive thing I took from working there.

Cons

While I was working for the agency, my supervisor got fired and we were left without any management. Some supervisors asked me to do unethical and illegal things.
