      Pros

      Agency has good benefit and the leaders mean well despite forgetting to check on program level.

      Cons

      Help is needed to reduce lack of care to staff. Staff are treated like slave. Management has forgotten to identify talents and empower staff to give them tools to empower clients with whom staff are working. The work environment has become hostile. Higher level clinical management are not even available to staff hiding in their home cooking on the stove when giving directions. Demands are excessive for what is offered.

      The team is helpful and the bond that helps you through the daily tasks of working toward the mission of assisting individuals. Management is supportive. Flexibility and transparency among supervisors and co-workers.

      Cons

      The salary is not as competitive but the agency's trainings and coworkers make the experience worth the salary cut.

      nice time off package with 12 holidays, 20 vacation days, and accumulating sick time. good culture and good people

      Cons

      some sites are disorganized and the work flow from site to site varies significantly which can be hard when you work at multiple sites.
