Pros

75k “salary” when you start plus benefits

Cons

That salary is really a draw that the company tries to take you off as quick as possible to make you commission based only. You work 7-7 every day that they do not tell you during the interview process. Plus you can only leave the office once the boss leaves. Sometimes you won’t leave until 8:30pm. Saturday work from 9-2 that is voluntary but they really make you go. 100% cold calling every single day and nothing but micromanaging. Don’t ask for time off because “they are the ones paying you 75k a year”. Talk poorly about employees behind their back whether current or former. Don’t bring your significant other to company events unless you’re legally married. Try to buy your loyalty by taking you out to nice dinners and feed you alcohol.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. While our work environment isn't a right fit for all personality types, we encourage any team member feeling overworked or taken advantage of to reach out to their direct manager or HR if that is not an option so that we can ultimately get to the root of the issue.

Sales dominated, IT abused

Pros

The people you work with can be amazing and form relationships outside of the company

Cons

Notice how most of the positive reviews come from the sales world and the negative come from the IT/Field technician world? This is why most people make it clear it's a sales company. The president of the company has the most limited grasp of what Managed IT is doing but also has the final say on everything. The IT dept wants to succeed but executive management doesn't take the time to fully understand what it is Managed IT does, instead it was an earning opportunity for the company. It takes a loss because there is no accountability in the deals being constructed, any negative comment towards sales gets handled in a condescending and retaliatory manner. It's clear that management cares about the bottom line more than the well-being of their techs. The old saying is true for POA, they'll have an ad out for your position before the obituary hits.

Thank you for your in-depth feedback. We truly regret that you feel the IT department isn’t fully understood or valued. With our continued growth comes growing pains that we are constantly striving to work together and work through to deliver an exceptional experience to the customer. Thank you for your time and hard work on our team; know that it does not go unnoticed. We wish you the best.

work hard for low pay!

Pros

-platform to getting another job

Cons

-far below market wages -many people are promised wage increases that get constantly moved down the road, and then never happen - sales has no idea what they are selling, deals are sold you have to support that make no sense and are wrong, but you get to take the blame for it
