Pros

Service weekend trips Great benefits You get your own accounts I felt some appreciation as the nranch biller Some coworkers are fantastic Hard to get fired (which is also a con)

Cons

You are a servant to the sales staff, and you're treated like chopped liver You will not get your raises. I worked there for many years and did not get a raise. The management claimed "budget " issues, but sales staff got a lot of perks and serious bonuses. I get that they make the money for the company, but damn! Contracts is a seriously stressful job. Sometimes your quota is unattainable. Training is horrible. You had better find a way to figure it out yourself A lot of the support staff feels they are not appreciated. There is a lot of the "good old boy" types of clubs. The more good looking you are, the higher the odds of you getting far I had to fix sooo many mistakes it was disgusting and management didn't care. Some sales staff lie to make a sale and you have to calm down a poor business owner and reassure them. The sales staff wont get back to the customer and the business owner nags you!

Pros

Ability to do whatever is needed to get a job done/take charge. Learn a lot quickly. Great support staff. Willingness to accommodate individual needs. Good health insurance. Some managers within the company that really try to make things run well.

Cons

Number of fake reviews. At least 15 positive reviews from the last 8 months here were fake. Sales works long hours. 8 to 5 is for prospecting. Paperwork and everything else is done outside of that. Late closing and Saturday trainings are requirements. Service is micromanaging, That constant feeling you're replaceable doesn't help. Always a criticism, rarely a praise. Regardless of the Culture Club. Pay is too low. Competitors in the service and admin pay about $2-$5 per hour more to start. There's some unwritten rule about never acknowledging someone leaving. Makes it hard to track down who else to talk to. I've never worked anywhere with as low of morale.
