So many to say! First off, I would say that this would be a stellar company if management would have actually done their job. Being under the thumb and changing rules on the fly is not a way to make techs happy. First off, I am responsible for not only my territory, I am having to do sales responsibilities, IT jobs, junior tech jobs and mentoring, administration beyond normal, and managers jobs. According to my past reviews I am a excellent tech, so the solution for the future was to put more on my plate, and less time to support my customers and their needs. I am a professional who prides myself in excellent customer service and great response times, and that seems to be taken away from me to support management who cant do their jobs, and to do support help for other departments who are overwhelmed or just plain LAZY. Granted I get payed decent, but no amount of pay can fix your sanity and self worth. Also, I have been repeatedly scoffed by upper management, making me feel like a number instead of an important person to this company. Such a shame, because this company could have been great if management would have got off their lazy and fixed the things we talked about for the last few years. The motto seems to be "burn and turn" for technicians, as I have witnessed many techs come and go and they all complained about what I am stating.
