-great discount -cool people -somewhat laid back

Cons

- terrible management atleast in my store there is. -management did not keep other brand reps in the loop, would have to learn from other managers from OTHER stores how things worked. -management very unprofessional -been here for 6 months have had 2 managers get fired and 1 leave - been told i was going to be promoted for 2 months and havn't seen anything happen
