• best people to work with •hot boys come in alot! • really cute clothes and great discounts • managers are amazing •so much fun and really lenient and laid back place

Cons

•starting to go down in the market, not many customers • pay is minimum wage.

Pros

One of the best reasons to work at Pacific Sunwear is that they work really well with you if you are in school, or are a mom.

Cons

One of the downsides to working at Pacific Sunwear is that, from my experience, are paid way less than other companies for the same management positions. This varies by store volume, and location.
