      Pros

      No worry about layoff because you will be sent to other customer if the current doing cut off.

      Cons

      Less salary than the market average.

      Pros

      Good team-bonding with great efficiency. Initial career growth great for a fresh graduate or anyone who has IT background but lack the industry focus

      Cons

      Unattractive yearly salary increment and bonus package - sometimes zero due to lack of performance (as claimed by the management who rarely conducts regular visits to the project team based onsite).

      As the largest China-based IT Services company with some great people, some large & happy customers, and with Blackstone as a major shareholder, Pactera has both the opportunity and the means to build on its foundations & become a genuine global player - and that growth will bring with it an environment where its people can develop and customers can prosper.

      Cons

      1.Strategy. Pactera is very successful in China, but to gain global market share and compete with the entrenched players Pactera needs to develop & execute a strategy that will make it stand out from the crowd. 2. Leadership. More experienced hands who know how to successfully steer a global business are needed at the top. 3. Culture. Insufficient comms to staff; not enough emphasis on career development
