Pros

On-call product is good, and customers love it. East to have conversations with existing customers.

Cons

This place is an absolute chop shop. With no warning they took my 150 accounts I was given when I got hired, and gave 135 of them to an inside sales rep, in another state, when the new fiscal year began on Feb 1st. They shove “multi-product company” down your throat. Nobody thinks of them as “multi-product”. Stock tanked once they put all their focus on that, and over hired. They have a good product, but a bad focus. No idea what they want to be when the grow up. Wouldn’t be surprised if they get acquired by the end of the year.

Pros

- Hires great people - Recognizable brand

Cons

- Constantly changing direction - Leadership IS the problem and not willing to admit it - Good people don't last long (either they get out or they're let go for not following status quo) - Total mystery how to succeed here unless you are BFFs with Execs - Never listen to actual employee feedback on culture, experts opinion on product, OR customer input on roadmap

Can have fun. Smart people. Everyone says they would like to help. Great inside sales team. Food all the time.

Cons

Disjointed on accounts. Constant changes on strategy. Limited assistance in lead management. Expectations are high with little help in lead assistance.
