Pros
Fantastic people to work with, and a truly great company culture which the company works hard to maintain. There is plenty of room for rising within the company, and growing oneself, which is strongly encouraged and supported. And work life balance is a real thing - including an extra day off every month for the entire company. Overall, the best company I’ve worked at.
Cons
As any company grows rapidly, there is bound to be some missteps and adjustments needed, but they genuinely want feedback, and seek it out, and then course correct as needed. However, if being part of a rapidly growing company with the changes that entails, or being in an environment where you are expected to be open with proactively providing constructive criticism or feedback, for the greater benefit, are things that don’t suit you…
