Pros

Pagerduty really cares about company values and strives to give you the resources you need to grow your career. They let you manage your own time, and are always trying to offer more benefits and trainings! Plus, the free food goes a long way!

Cons

At times still operating like a startup. Lots of room for process improvement.

Pros

Love my team and my co-workers Product solves a very painful need in the market - lots of runway to grow Big focus on inclusion, diversity and equity It's a fun place to work Management is approachable

Cons

Some areas are still siloed, despite best efforts Gaps in expertise in some areas, which makes more work for the rest of the team Would like a faster pace of innovation to stay ahead of competitive threats

Pros

PagerDuty is a wonderful place to work. Between the people, the culture, and our customers there isn't much to complain about. I have really enjoyed the opportunities that I have been provided in my time here and I've learned a lot along the way.

Cons

PagerDuty is basically a new company every 12-18 months given our growth rates. Be ready for constant change if you want to work here.
