We have introduced targeted manager training and our People team is dedicated to supporting everyone through the review cycle. We recently launched an online learning platform and development stipend, which gives all employees access to professional development to further career growth. We’re committed to ongoing improvement and appreciate honest input that helps us refine our processes.

Pros

Love how many employee resource groups there are, few wellness days a year where company shuts down, above average pay, great team mates, career progression opportunities

Cons

Not very flexible with working hours especially due to timezone differences, very hustle culture, how good a team is varies by department, doesn't seem to be consistent across the company.
