Pros

Fantastic place. Interview process is really transparent and HR people, surprisingly, are by your side cheering you up for you to shine on the interview. I love the promotions too. They're clearly detailed and you can set yourself to win by working hard on achieving your goals and get promoted. That's true because you can see how your peers got promoted.

Cons

Salaries are ok, but could be great!
