Amazing Culture and Growth

Pros

Incredible Executive team that is extremely transparent and approachable. Although we have had tremendous growth, the company is still very nimble and is able to make tweaks to things like the comp plan to ensure personal success of the sales team. The sales cycles are fairly quick (under 60 days in most cases) and there is a healthy mix of transactional business and big deals. This helps ensure you are getting a decent pay check every month while having the opportunity to blow it out with the larger deals. Catered lunches everyday is a nice perk, when you think of the cost of lunch, it is something that definitely adds up over the course of a year.

Cons

As mentioned above, there is always lots of change going on, which can be overwhelming for some people.
