Pros

Being in sales, I have been looking for a company like PagerDuty. They have done a fantastic job at setting a very solid foundation with a lot of very key logos. I recently participated in a fairly large trade show in NYC and without a doubt, every existing PagerDuty client had great things to say about the product. This in combination with the new CEO, PagerDuty is poised to accelerate as we take that next step in our lifecycle. It is a very exciting place with new logos being added to the client base every day.

Cons

Not much to say here. There are high expectations at PagerDuty, but the rewards are great. You have to work hard, but if you want to succeed anywhere, you would have to do the same.

Pros

-Very laid back co-workers, who are at the same time very intelligent, empathetic, and helpful. Many will go out of their way to help you out -Flexible working conditions -- many work from home at least once a week -Work life balance, since most employees are married and have families. Most teams work 10-6, or something similar. No crunchtime, no staying at the office until 8-9pm. This is a huge plus that can be hard to find in tech companies these days. -Meaningful and technically challenging work is always to be found -Great office food and snacks -Nap room -Beautiful office space Jennifer's been doing excellent work to get PagerDuty to reach its potential.

Cons

Although already generous, pay/benefits could be better for PagerDuty to remain competitive (e.g. with unicorns) and attract top talent, especially considering how profitable it is.

Pros

There is a reason that PagerDuty is consistently named the best company to work for by numerous company review websites, Glassdoor being one of them. The people are incredibly laid back, motivated and great to be around in general. I feel lucky to work at such a positive company. Perks: +Great leadership/mentorship +Laid back/up lifting environment +Innovative environment (latest technology, Mac computers, standing desks, etc.) +Ping pong/game room +Catered lunch every day and breakfast on Wednesday's. +Delicious snacks +Nap room +Generous time off and unlimited sick days +Soma location +Continuously growing and staying at the top of the market +Generous Pay

Cons

Working for a start up, you have to create your own processes sometimes because they aren't set in stone yet. This can either be a pro or a con depending on your personality.
