      Pros

      PagerDuty is a fun place to work. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone truly wants the company to be amazingly successful, and it shows. Our customers love our service and we are highly regarded in our community. Work is challenging as we continue to scale at an amazing rate. I am extremely excited about the future of this company. Deciding to work at PagerDuty was one of the best decisions I've made in my life.

      Cons

      I can't really think of much to say that's negative about PagerDuty. We're going through the typical pains of rapid growth that you would expect. These are certainly challenges but I think as a company it's being handled well.

      Pros

      The Engineering and Product orgs are very much focused on getting sh&$ done and the leadership embodies this ethos. The people are VERY smart and fun across all departments.

      Cons

      Leadership has been a bit rocky the past few months but new CEO is awesome and there are only good things to come!
