Pros

I truly enjoyed my time at PagerDuty. The company culture is strong — collaborative, inclusive, and fast-paced. I had the opportunity to work with some of the smartest and most dedicated colleagues in my career. Leadership was transparent for the most part, and I appreciated the investment in employee development and mental wellness.

Cons

Unfortunately, like many tech companies in recent years, PagerDuty went through restructuring, and I was part of a layoff. While it was a tough experience, I have to give credit where it's due: the process was handled with empathy and professionalism. Severance support, career transition resources, and communication were thoughtful and respectful.

Pros

Great leadership that cares about their employees. Recently gave employees access to Udemy to further our careers. There’s also a very big emphasis in letting employees keep learning by attending conferences and certifications.

Cons

Like every other company lately there have been some layoffs but overall it’s a good company with great employees and leadership
