Pros

Interesting technical problems to solve. Smart coworkers. Good benefits.

Cons

Leadership is increasingly becoming negative. Teams are running very lean and don't have enough people for the work we're demanded to do. Very political and everyone is looking to see how to further their own career versus working together. Stock compensation keeps going down (in value and grants) while CEO and board keeps giving themselves generous compensation increases.
