Our Dutonian Wellness Days throughout the year provide the entire company the opportunity to shut down and ensure all Dutonians have an opportunity to focus on their wellness, relax, and recharge. Additionally, we have HibernationDuty. HibernationDuty is when everyone at PagerDuty, with the exception of a small, coverage crew, is asked to take a much needed break each year. We want to allow everyone an opportunity to truly disconnect and recharge, without worrying about the emails and work piling up while away. We believe that this break is an effective way to ensure Dutonians get the much-needed rest they require and an opportunity to spend time with their loved ones.
