Great products & people. Good culture, particularly in the newer locations like Lisbon.

Cons

Challenging internal environment. Company is trying to evolve and with many executive changes, the strategy, priorities and execution within a department or team shifts with each new leader. Hard for the core teams to stay aligned across departments.
