PagerDuty is a company with a proud 15-year history as a leader in digital operations. The technology is critical and absolutely seen as indispensable for a wide range of users from CIOs and CTOs to developers. The CEO is a fearless leader who paints a compelling vision, is always ready to take on challenges, and manages with ethics.

Cons

PagerDuty has an opportunity to continue expanding its portfolio and selling the PagerDuty Operations Cloud platform.

Great place to work with plenty of opportunity

Pros

Lots of improvement opportunities because PD is in a stage where they have the resources, but still have not matured into a sophisticated organization yet. Lots of low hanging fruit to be made in improvements in systems & processes. Overall the culture and people are great to work with. They truly encourage you to "bring yourself" to work and everybody seems to be open-minded.

Cons

Some teams are too operationally focused and on the daily grind. Unfortunately this means it can be hard to work with certain teams because they cannot find time to invest in improving processes & systems for the long term.

Pros

- We have had the opportunity to engage in very meaningful volunteer activities, helping foundations and making an impact! This has been truly interesting, working together as a team for a good cause. -Teamwork is great! I have had the opportunity to work with different departments and people from various locations. Overall, colleagues are very friendly and empathetic when working together. It's a good company to grow and learn

Cons

There is a lack of inclusivity in Spanish courses or courses outside the company for employees.
