An amazing group of people working together. Housing and meals are free, the houses are pretty nice and everyone has fun together

Cons

long days but we are all here for the kids.

amazing community, great intro to outdoor ed

Cons

90+ hour work weeks. CEO doesn't care about turnover rate, just about pleasing the teachers of the schools that come which makes him the most money. Be prepared for your concerns not to be addressed.

Staff and location were great.

Cons

Instructors are overworked. They teach 9am-9pm with a 1.5 hour break.. and then still need to assume the role of counselor at night, meaning you are in charge of a cabin full of kids.
