Required to work in a Hurricane Shelter as a first responder for each hurricane, or natural disaster Florida has. Each worker has to Stay in the shelter the entire duration of the storm. Shelters house Covid-19 patients along with the general public. Some libraries are Voting sites, so you will be working in the turmoil of elections. Works often with homeless populations and are exposed to drunk and unfortunately individuals with substance abuse problems. Some libraries require narcan training Needs to be able to deal with senior populations. Including dementia, and alzhimer's populations
