Staff aims to do the best that they can for the residents of Palm Beach County

Cons

No step raises 10+ years 2 Cost of Living-- 3% raises in past ten years -- mandatory retirement plan contribution and health care costs more than offset cost of living increases.

Pros

The only good thing about working for this company is that there is always free food. And that's pretty much it!

Cons

Management favors everyone that backstabs their colleagues. If you want to move up in this company you should read your bosses emails, make out with your significant other at work, and spend numerous hours surfing the web. Staff who actually work never gets rewarded and the managers are the most incompetent people you will ever meet.

Building was clean, cleaning staff were great

Cons

Too many to list, I worked in a building under a “leader” where the entire staff quit except for two people.
