Pros

Some smart people, good company events, a lot of swag and nice new digs...

Cons

Used to be a great collaborative place to work where I could voice my opinion about what was or wasn't working, but now it's all about the politics. We used to have at least a couple HR people who cared about the teams and tried to help, but they've been run out of the company or fled. Now there is no one who listens to the employees who isn't playing their own political game. Too much cronyism across the company. You have to be part of the "in" crowd to get ahead, and while some of the execs think people don't see it, it is blatantly clear that being one of the boys, is more important than being good at your job.

Pros

Salary - Above average market rate. Wonderful coworkers - Super collaborative.

Cons

Management - Very manipulative. Work-life balance - Extreme long hours and tons of random fire drills that will consume a healthy lifestyle.

Pros

Free snacks, rec rooms, gym. Great product fast growing company, though the middle management are inexperienced in dealing with this kind of growth. Lots of smart people, though lots of slackers as well.

Cons

The company remains unprofitable, large stock-based compensation and a growing deferred revenue balance are the driving forces. People joining two years ago made big money with stock/RSU. This company is generous in stock/RSU but terrible in base salary and benefits(compared with CISCO, Juniper). People joining in recent two years are suffering, with low salary, less stock/RSU, and no work life balance. The revenue guidance called for a slowdown during the fourth quarter and share prices continued to tumble. The party is over. It's too late to join the party. Don't come.
