Pros

Apparently this is a higher-paying company so that's a pro? But the caveat is, if you're not an engineer, don't count on that. Stock price keeps climbing.

Cons

Don't do it. Harassment and scare tactics used (people would be threatened to be fired for very little things), creepy dudes hitting on the female employees (witnessed women get whistled at by sales guys when walking by in the office), no work-life balance (would be expected to stay very very late multiple times a week and if you couldn't, would be criticized and ostracized), very cliquey (if someone if having a party of out of work get together, will exclude a few folks on the team from being invited), toxic people, toxic "bro" culture, but all of it is praised. There are some nice people who work here, but they don't end up staying long.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It’s factually correct that we pay our employees comparatively very well and reward top performance regardless of role. We are all equally focused on our mission of protecting our digital way of life. Our values were determined by our employees, and we take them very seriously. We have won numerous awards based on employee feedback – most recently, Comparably’s awards for Best Culture and Employee Happiness, and we are a Newsweek Most Loved Workplace. We take behavior that does not align with our values very seriously and address every inquiry made.

Pros

It’s a job. Some great colleagues at the IC and lower mgmt levels. Some people truly care about career advancement but others; especially at the top, they don’t seem to be in touch with the rank and file.

Cons

The company has not grown in market share, continues to lack creativity, and lacks authentic leadership. The CEO does not care about the people, but only his pockets. There’s significant amount of inequity and unfairness in equally pay for the women leaders vs the men leaders. The CEO has not fixed the problems the company should focus on. He lacks Integrity, authenticity and humility. He’s

Pros

-comp is ok -products are solid, innovation outlook promising -sales and SE leadership is good, doing the best they can with what they have -in middle levels of management (directors, RVPs, etc) there are many great people carrying significant amounts of the work

Cons

-demands are too high with minimal resource and support -very uncertain leadership direction from the top in every area, lacking clear directives and plans, declining productivity and high internal conflict -sales is not well supported by marketing, systems, training or any real sales enablement or resources needed to do the job -exec leadership exudes elitism and disrespect, created a very unhealthy feeling of "inner circle" - us and them -what was a very collaborative, open, thoughtful culture has become a toxic, hyper-competitive, paranoid culture in the past year and a half -no longer feels safe to speak up, many are looking externally while keeping heads down, trying to stay under the radar
