Staff is really friendly and helpful. It's a very easy going environment.

Cons

I found it hard to more up because no one ever leaves. It's almost like you have to wait for someone to retire or move up before you can.

The environment here is helpful and friendly. The goal of working here is to really help students learn and understand and it can be very rewarding.

Cons

The administration, especially in the sciences, is way too overbearing. They are involved in professional criticism of professors that is uncommon and completely counterproductive.
